It’s the start of a new year. A time for resolutions, new year goals and actions. So I thought, what better time than today, to talk about self care? Because if we have a self-care practice that works for us, we can keep our energy up to do the things we want to do in life. 🙂 Whether that’s having a regular self care day, or daily self care routines, if you know how to self care, it’ll be so helpful in managing stress and caring for your mental health and physical health.

So let’s talk about self care habits to start doing in 2022. These are some of my self care secrets that I’ve learned over the years (through trial and error haha, I’ll admit). You could definitely say these are self care habits that changed my life. Everyone can do them, and you don’t need to buy anything for them or spend any money. Self care tips, here we come!
